Chef De Partie - Main Kitchen
Job Description

As a Chef De Partie, you will assist in menu planning and development, ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all food items, and maintain five-star luxury standards in the heart of Kuwait City.
Responsibilities
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all food items
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective organization
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Manage recipe costing and develop spreadsheets to enhance efficiency
- Conduct frequent quality checks to maintain food standards
- Inspire and motivate the pastry team
- Adapt to different shifts and areas in the pastry kitchen
Qualifications
- Creativity, innovative ideas, strong cooking, organizational skills, and people-management abilities
- Culinary diploma/degree preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel
