Project Control Manager
Job Description
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leadership, coordination, and governance of all project controls functions including planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting. The role ensures alignment with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle from design to closeout. This is a senior leadership role accountable for the integrity of performance data.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of integrated master schedule
- Manage cost control processes, forecasting, and budget management
- Implement project-wide risk management procedures and QRA
- Produce project management reports for Employer and JV leadership
- Analyze schedule and cost impacts of variations and claims
- Manage and mentor project controls staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in project controls on large construction projects
- Expert user of Primavera P6
