Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can professionally handle customer communication, actively manage social media interactions, and convert online inquiries into confirmed sales. Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and comments
  • Convert chats, leads, and inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details
  • Follow up with potential customers to reduce abandoned inquiries
  • Monitor and reply to comments and messages on major social platforms
  • Post product videos, stories, and promotional content regularly
  • Assist in creating short product videos and promotional clips
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team for visuals and captions

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Experience in customer service, social media handling, or online sales
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
