Job Description
Supervise, train, and support the facilities maintenance team for AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage work schedules for maintenance team
- Oversee daily cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep
- Implement preventive maintenance for HVAC and plumbing
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Facility
