Job Description

Project Manager responsible for representing the client in supervising and administering the BOOT contract to ensure obligations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the client in supervising and administering the BOOT contract
  • Provide assistance and advice to the client with regards to deviations/variations
  • Review technical reports, documents, designs and cost estimates
  • Manage a support team of specialized engineers
  • Check construction procedures, practices and activities for compliance
  • Assist the client to evaluate and manage the Contractor’s performance
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client
  • Prepare and update project monthly dashboards
  • Prepare, monitor and update project risk register
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Monitor testing, commissioning and start-up activities
  • Ensure adequate HSE plans are set up and implemented

Qualifications

  • B.S. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • 15 years minimum experience in water storage and pumping systems, and water transmission pipeline project management
  • Professional Project Management valid certificate is required
