Job Description

Responsible for providing support to the provision of IT services at the Qatar Technical Institute (QTI). Tasked with installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of the IM&T solution. Execution of routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Liaison with UK-based IM&T teams will be undertaken as required.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission all QTI IT systems
  • Provide technical support to staff and students
  • Execute routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks
  • Create and maintain local IM&T deployment plans

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years technical experience supporting IT infrastructure
  • An understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyse IT equipment issues
  • ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner qualification (desirable)
