IM&T Service Delivery Lead
Job Description
Responsible for providing support to the provision of IT services at the Qatar Technical Institute (QTI). Tasked with installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of the IM&T solution. Execution of routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Liaison with UK-based IM&T teams will be undertaken as required.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission all QTI IT systems
- Provide technical support to staff and students
- Execute routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Create and maintain local IM&T deployment plans
Qualifications
- At least 2 years technical experience supporting IT infrastructure
- An understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyse IT equipment issues
- ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner qualification (desirable)
