Job Description
Design and implement a pro-active selling strategy to drive hotel profits. Oversee revenue maximization through Reservations, Sales & MICE Sales departments. Set rate structures and yearly budgets. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Monitor competitive environment and pricing strategies. Assist sales team with performance analysis of top accounts. Manage room inventory and demand levels.
Responsibilities
- Implement pro-active selling strategies and action plans
- Maximize revenues across Reservations and Sales departments
- Set rate structures and yearly budgets
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports
- Monitor room inventory and competitive pricing
- Assist with account performance analysis for re-contracting
- Recruit and train reservation staff
- Maintain booking systems (rooms and MICE) and ensure rate parity
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset
- Experience in revenue management
