Job Description
We are seeking a highly accomplished Estimation Director with approximately 25 years of experience in the construction industry to lead our estimation function for major projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong Civil Engineering background, extensive contracting experience, and a proven track record delivering accurate estimates for mega-scale developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the preparation of cost estimates for large-scale construction tenders
- Develop competitive pricing strategies
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
- Provide strategic input on risk assessment and value engineering
- Mentor estimation teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Around 25 years of experience in construction estimation and commercial functions
- Proven experience delivering mega projects
