The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for managing property sales activities, including client consultations, property showings, and negotiations. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in representing Grandeur Spaces and delivering outstanding property buying and selling experiences.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
  • Prior experience with high-end or luxury real estate is a plus
  • Proficiency in market analysis and a solid understanding of property-related legal and financial processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
