Job Description
We are seeking a poised, confident, and service-oriented Restaurant Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining venues. You will create exceptional first and last impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of service in alignment with InterContinental brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host desk
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
- Fluency in English
