Technical Account Manager - Eastern Province
Job Description
The TAM mission is to help customers unlock the full value of Veeam products and serve as a trusted advisor. This role covers planning, architecture, and post-sales technical engagements. Focuses on Data Management, Business Continuity, and Cloud solutions. Requires 5 years of IT experience.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery and consulting services for Veeam solutions
- Provide overall project guidance and schedules
- Create white papers and solutions guides
- Deliver onsite knowledge transfer
- Analyze installed environments and guide configurations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry
- VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
- Prince 2, ITIL, PMP or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology required
