Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
Company: Nationwide Middle East Properties. Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition. Role Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding, helping us attract top-tier talent in the competitive real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule complex interviews (phone, video, and in-person). Post job openings on internal career sites, external job boards, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Draft offer letters and employment contracts. Facilitate the onboarding process including visa documentation. Assist in sourcing passive candidates. Support employer branding initiatives. Prepare weekly recruitment reports (Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire). Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal SOPs and UAE labor laws.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a recruitment administrative role
- aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources), PHR, or a similar HR certification is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
