ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Job Description
Mller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your functional expertise to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their business processes and deliver measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements and process workflows
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications focusing on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions to establish best practices
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in go-live support
- Provide ongoing support and training for users
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a similar functional role
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
