Job Description
Meet campus needs for purchasing educational equipment and materials. Manage contractual relationships with providers and coordinate mission logistics for visiting professors and guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage institutional purchases and suppliers
- Support preparation of tender documents
- Implement KPIs and dashboards
- Organize missions for speakers and teachers
- Supervise maintenance and upkeep of school facilities
- Manage the institution's vehicle fleet
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3 in management, purchasing, or related field
- At least three years of proven experience in a similar role
