Job Description
To act as a focal point for all maintenance to be performed in KSA, Hubs and Outstations on 24/7 basis; ensures timely availability and continued airworthiness of Air Arabia fleet and Third-Party aircraft in accordance with business requirements, GACA/CAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor technical defects on the fleet
- Support Engineering Planning, Development, and QA teams
- Manage allocation of work packages
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and MROs
- Deliver technical support to pilots and cabin crew
- Document maintenance tasks in logbooks
- Monitor daily flights technical performance and incidents
- Assist in Internal/External audit practices
- Support coaching and technical training for MCC Team
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical or equivalent
- GACA A&P or Avionics License
- Holds/has held corresponding type-rating maintenance releasing license
- 5 + years’ experience in engineering maintenance in the Aviation industry
- 2 years of which in Maintenance Control Center
- 2 years leading a team
