Job Description
Provides leadership in events management and logistics operations for J-PAL MENA. Primary lead for the planning and execution of conferences, training workshops, and policy events. Responsible for coordinating procurement requirements and identifying funding opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of large-scale conferences and workshops
- Oversee daily operational logistics for research projects
- Manage IT assets and data security readiness
- Coordinate internal procurement requirements
- Liaise with central procurement, travel, and legal offices
- Identify funding and partnership opportunities
- Prepare grant applications and donor proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in logistics and managing mega events
