Job Description
Provide technical and analytical support for service desk tickets. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS, and peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support for service desk tickets
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS, and peripherals
- Handle incidents through to resolution
- Perform hardware/software installations and moves
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support role
- Valid Saudi driving license – Mandatory
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
