Senior HCIS Estimation & Presales Engineer& manager, project manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Estimation & Presales Engineer to lead technical and commercial proposal development for security, ELV, and communication system projects. The role requires experience working with HCIS, Aramco, SEC, and Royal Commission standards.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, define scope, and develop bid strategies
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing models
- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with HCIS, Aramco, SEC, and RC requirements
- Support technical clarifications and client discussions
- Mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or presales for ELV/security projects
