Bancassurance Specialist (Cairo and Giza only)
Job Description
MetLife is a leading global financial services company. As a Senior Bancassurance Specialist, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and promote MetLife’s life and health insurance products to bank customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management
- Act as primary point of contact between MetLife and bank partner
- Promote life and health insurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
- Fluency in Arabic and English
