Job Description
As a core member of the finance team, you will bridge the gap between daily transactions and high-level strategy. Ensuring the integrity of our financial narrative by overseeing departmental performance, safeguarding company assets, and keeping our spending aligned with our goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities to ensure seamless business continuity and compliance
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate monthly performance data
- Act as the custodian of the fixed asset register, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets
- Monitor invoices and expenses against established budgets to identify variances and prevent overages
- Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA/CMA candidacy is a plus)
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, and budgeting
