Job Description
Has expert skills in design and implementation of human resource systems and processes. Provide HR business partnering support to business leads. solution for HR related issues. Support recruitment process and ensure reward packages are within guidelines. Lead site HR projects and initiatives. Provide coaching and support in areas of recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations. Prepare management reports. Liaise with line Managers and global HRBP colleagues. Designs succession plans for key talents. Support managers in prevention and resolution of disputes. Acts as performance improvement driver. Designs organization vitality charts.

Qualifications
- BSc in HR, Management, or Business
- Above 3+ years of experience in HR
