Sales Manager - Qureos
Job Description
Qureos is rewriting how companies hire, using AI, automation, and structured processes to reduce hiring time from 60+ days to under 12. You’ll own end-to-end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI-powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders. This role isn't about waiting for inbound, it’s about hunting, prospecting, and building your own pipeline engine with high precision.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events
- Maintain 2–3X pipeline coverage at all times
- Run structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demos
- Navigate multiple stakeholders including HR, TA leaders, founders, and CEOs
- Close deals across small, mid, and enterprise deal sizes
- Maintain crystal-clear weekly forecast accuracy
- Become an expert in the Qureos platform and AI solutions
- Provide feedback to product and growth teams based on customer insights
- Build targeted lists and execute outreach using sales tools
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in B2B sales in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS
- Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
