Sales Manager-Software Sales
Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and building strong relationships with prospects and clients. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client-facing skills, product knowledge, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HR, payroll, and business-automation products
- Identify and target potential SME and mid-size enterprise clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to clients’ needs
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, IT, HR, or related field
- 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions
