Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Job Description
SupplyHouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources Team. This individual will be responsible for shaping and driving SupplyHouse’s global hiring strategy across corporate, technical, and operations teams. This individual will use data, market insights, and innovation to position SupplyHouse as a destination for top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national and global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership on workforce planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operations roles
- Design and implement global sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Build and nurture the company’s employer brand
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a recruiting function
- Background in hiring and scaling in India is preferred
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
