Our client is actively searching for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across various departments. You will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive employee culture, and driving talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certification is highly desirable
