Our client is actively searching for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across various departments. You will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive employee culture, and driving talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- Identify HR needs and develop solutions
- Conduct employee engagement surveys
- Manage conflict resolution
- Support change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
- SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certification is highly desirable
