Job Description
Responsible for developing, managing, and growing GTRC’s business within the Cooperative Societies (Coops) channel in Kuwait. Focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with Coop management, and ensuring execution of trade plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the Coops channel.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand distribution and market share.
- Prepare annual channel plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Lead negotiations on listings and commercial agreements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Coops sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience in FMCG.
- Solid understanding of Coop structures in Kuwait.
