Job Description
As a 3p Team Leader, you’ll strive to plan beyond your own needs, ensuring the sufficient resourcing of your function. This will include identifying training needs, staying on top of absence & performance management, as well as coaching and continuous monitoring of your department.
Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day activities in Inbound or Outbound FC operations
- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations
- Ensure safe working practices
- Track production metrics and utilize data for strategies
- Mentoring and providing training to optimize performance
- Proposing and implementing improvements in processing methods
Qualifications
- UAE National with family book
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office
