Job Description

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative in New York City to drive revenue growth through commercial real estate brokerage and office designer communities. This is a new role at Branch and a critical one: you'll be our in-market lead for building relationships with commercial real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the local commercial real estate community
  • Map the local commercial real estate ecosystem and track progress in HubSpot
  • Run daily outreach across multiple channels
  • Activate a quarterly field calendar
  • Leverage Manhattan showroom for client tours
  • Launch and optimize a broker referral program

Qualifications

  • Proven cold outreach success
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work outside of traditional nine-to-five as needed
