Sales Development Representative
Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative in New York City to drive revenue growth through commercial real estate brokerage and office designer communities. This is a new role at Branch and a critical one: you'll be our in-market lead for building relationships with commercial real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the local commercial real estate community
- Map the local commercial real estate ecosystem and track progress in HubSpot
- Run daily outreach across multiple channels
- Activate a quarterly field calendar
- Leverage Manhattan showroom for client tours
- Launch and optimize a broker referral program
Qualifications
- Proven cold outreach success
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work outside of traditional nine-to-five as needed
