Flight Coordinator
Job Description
Highly experienced Flight Coordinator for a Reputed Construction Company under the DOPET Project in Qatar. The role involves managing helicopter scheduling and logistics within the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate helicopter scheduling and operations
- Maintain accurate flight records and resolve booking/payload conflicts
- Act as Super-User for national logistics IT systems
- Activate and manage Emergency Response Plans during emergency situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in helicopter scheduling / operations within the oil & gas industry
- Fluent English (Level 6 – verbal and written)
