Job Description
The role of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager is to manage the overall O&M of WWTP, ETP UF RO & ZLD system. Located in King Abdullah economic city (KAEC) 127 km from Jeddah.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall O&M of WWTP, ETP UF RO & ZLD system
- Ensure plant equipment availability at maximum
- Plan, develop and implement necessary maintenance systems
- Process optimization and improvements in plant operation
- Prepare SOPs and process checklists
- Management of the operation & maintenance Budget
- Establish and review KPIs as per contractual terms
- Investigate incidents and near misses for root cause analysis
- Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of direct reports
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical/chemical engineering
- 10 plus years’ experience in O&M preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Experience in ZLD plant operation
