Job Description
This pivotal role will drive strategic sales growth, optimise revenue, and ensure compliance across our global cargo network for Riyadh Air. You will lead market development initiatives and enhance commercial returns.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing, multicultural sales team.
- Drive strategic sales growth and optimize revenue.
- Ensure IATA/CASS governance is upheld at country level.
- Manage financial risk and oversee GSAs.
- Deliver bespoke product solutions and build market share.
- Align regional efforts and develop talent.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum of 10 years of cargo sales experience with a global network airline.
- 5 years in a manager capacity.
- Deep understanding of cargo yield levers and third-party distribution systems.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets above USD 250m annually preferred.
