Job Description
We're on the lookout for a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving real estate sales success. You will lead and manage an off-plan sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an off-plan sales team
- Drive sales of off-plan projects by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with developers
- Conduct and oversee professional presentations of off-plan projects
- Guide and support team members during negotiations
- Analyze market trends and investor demand
- Manage escalated client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate, with strong off-plan sales exposure
- Previous experience in a team leader or senior sales role
- In-depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai off-plan market
- Dubai Real Estate: 4 years (Required)
- Driving License (Required)
