Job Description
Support system configuration, manage user access, troubleshoot enterprise applications, test updates, and help optimize university technologies.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Support implementation of new systems and applications

- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Conduct system update testing in test environments

Qualifications
