Seasoned executive needed to work directly with senior executives to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders
- Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration
- Design and implement strategies that drive efficiency
- Oversee key operational functions including finance, HR, and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching and leadership development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management; advanced degree desirable
