Job Description
Our client, a prominent international hotel group, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their diverse hospitality portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front in a dynamic, remote-first environment, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple properties. The position is based in A'ali, Northern, BH, but operates as a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans
- Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasts
- Monitor quality control standards and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel management teams
- Drive revenue growth through sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations management
