Demi Chef de Partie
Job Description
Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily section operations
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in menu planning
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist in inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
