Product & Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Responsible for identifying and developing new products and establishing strategic partnerships within a leading pharmaceutical and medical devices company. You will work closely with R&D and Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful market entry in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
- Lead product development initiatives with R&D teams
- Translate market insights into product strategies
- Onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory for launches
- Leverage relationships with government authorities and hospitals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years experience in product development within medical devices
- Understanding of Saudi healthcare market and NUPCO processes
