Head of Customer Success (Remote from Romania)
Job Description
Jobgether's partner is seeking a Head of Customer Success to scale global client operations. You will lead the customer journey from onboarding to support, managing a remote team and optimizing processes in e-commerce and technical coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global customer success function
- Build and mentor a high-performing support and aftersales team
- Oversee post-sales operations and technical coordination
- Enable sales processes through multi-channel communication
- Identify recurring challenges and implement automation/process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or client operations
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in e-commerce operations (Shopify/QuickBooks preferred)
