Job Description

Jobgether's partner is seeking a Head of Customer Success to scale global client operations. You will lead the customer journey from onboarding to support, managing a remote team and optimizing processes in e-commerce and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the global customer success function
  • Build and mentor a high-performing support and aftersales team
  • Oversee post-sales operations and technical coordination
  • Enable sales processes through multi-channel communication
  • Identify recurring challenges and implement automation/process improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or client operations
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong background in e-commerce operations (Shopify/QuickBooks preferred)
