Accommodation Manager
Job Description
Oversee all employee housing operations to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities. Coordinate room allocation, inspections, and maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all employee accommodation facilities
- Ensure proper room allocation and occupancy tracking
- Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors
- Monitor utility consumption and control costs
- Handle accommodation contracts and lease agreements
- Plan capacity in line with manpower planning
- Support HR in audits and compliance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accommodation, housing, or facility management
- Experience in hospitality or large workforce environments preferred
- Knowledge of local housing regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
