Job Description

Oversee all employee housing operations to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities. Coordinate room allocation, inspections, and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all employee accommodation facilities
  • Ensure proper room allocation and occupancy tracking
  • Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors
  • Monitor utility consumption and control costs
  • Handle accommodation contracts and lease agreements
  • Plan capacity in line with manpower planning
  • Support HR in audits and compliance

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accommodation, housing, or facility management
  • Experience in hospitality or large workforce environments preferred
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
