Job Description
Act as the key link between customers and the workshop for vehicle service and assessment. Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and capture service needs
- Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
- Coordinate with workshop team on job progress
- Communicate status updates to customers
- Explain completed work and invoices upon delivery
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of automotive dealership experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
