Quantity surveyor
Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for estimating and analyzing quantities and costs of materials required for construction projects, ensuring accurate resource planning and cost efficiency throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities: Calculate material quantities for all project phases and estimate related costs based on drawings. Prepare detailed BOQs covering material quantities for each project item. Prepare tender documentation and ensure alignment of quantities and pricing. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices. Track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget. Ensure contracts align with technical and financial requirements and review monthly invoices. Provide periodic reports on project costs and quantity changes. Ensure all work aligns with approved technical specifications. Evaluate the impact of design modifications on quantities and costs. Ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
