Job Description
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs, inventory levels, and delivery performances. Lead a team covering planning, logistics, customs trade, and warehousing for Egypt and Libya.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals
- Oversee supply chain activities for Libya and Egypt
- Own the locally Sales And Business Planning (S&BP) process
- Ensure timely booking of orders and track production
- Facilitate sales forecast with country organizations
- Lead aspects related to 3PL qualification and contracting
- Oversight all importation & exportation activities
- Manage Master Production Schedule for tactical horizon
- Lead process improvement and country supply chain strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of Professional experience in Supply Chain Planning Management
- 5+ years manager experience in a multinational company
- Solid understanding of Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Track record in restructuring and cost savings programs
- Experience with SAP, APO, Kinaxis, etc.
- Fluent English
