Job Description
The Accountant at Ledar Investment is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, specifically for real estate activities.
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions using Dynamics 365 ERP
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track property revenues, expenses, and project costs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or investment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
