Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Job Description
Primarily responsible for handling pricing inquiries and requests for quotes (RFQs) via email and phone. Includes following up on pending quotations and supporting customers throughout the early stages of the sales process. Identify new sales opportunities through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Handle pricing inquiries and RFQs
- Qualify customer needs and support solution development
- Follow up on issued quotations
- Manage customer relationships and support account growth
- Process sales documentation (quotes, invoices)
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience with quoting or RFQs is strongly preferred
- Ability to perform basic calculations (discounts, proportions)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
