Sales Specialist - Real Estate
Job Description
Soul Properties is a dynamic real estate brokerage specializing in primary market (off-plan) projects. You will work closely with an experienced leadership team and receive full marketing, training, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage clients interested in off-plan properties
- Conduct property presentations and attend launches
- Manage negotiations and close high-value deals
- Ensure accurate documentation using CRM systems
- Represent Soul Properties professionally at events
Qualifications
- Either experienced or fresh to the UAE
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
