HVAC Supervisor - Facilities Management- Qatar Energy (Permanent)
Job Description
We are currently seeking 1 experienced HVAC Supervisor for a permanent project with one of our prestigious clients at Qatar Energy – Dukhan. Our client is a leading Facilities Management (FM) organization in the region, responsible for managing large-scale, high-profile industrial and energy-sector facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the HVAC team, including technicians and helpers
- Schedule manpower effectively, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all HVAC works
- Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, performance evaluation, and support to technicians
- Ensure all HVAC works are carried out only after obtaining proper approvals
- Maintain professional conduct while working in residential and occupied facilities
- Monitor and inspect HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance works to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and support technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and recommend preventive maintenance measures
- Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC systems including Chillers, Precision Units, Package Units, AHUs, and VRV / VRF systems
- Communicate site conditions, technical requirements, and work progress to management
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage inventory of HVAC tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of work orders and service history
- Ensure full compliance with company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor in facilities management or industrial projects
- Experience in Gulf region projects is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage teams efficiently
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Physically fit and able to work on-site conditions
