Operations Finance Assistant Manager
Job Description
Part of the Turkey Operations Finance Team at BAT, this role involves assisting in the analysis of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also manage financial planning, reporting using BPC tools, and cash flow analysis including working capital optimization.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the analysis of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Identifying and calculating cost-saving opportunities across production and procurement
- Preparing and inputting data into Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) tools
- Generating monthly operations finance reports and analysing KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with SOX controls within the operations finance function
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/accounting/finance
- At least 4 years of finance/accounting experience in global FMCG industry
- Advanced IFRS knowledge
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
