Job Description
Responsible for all food and beverage operations at the Beach Club, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial and guest satisfaction plans
- Maintain positive cost management for kitchen and restaurant
- Manage day-to-day operations of F&B departments
- Supervise and coach employees
- Ensure alignment with brand's service culture
- Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 4 years experience in F&B or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management or Hospitality and 2 years experience
