Job Description
The Associate Director, Digital Transformation & AI, is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives at Al-Futtaim Group. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and governance to foster long-term growth and modernize legacy systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives
- Own and drive Real Estate's AI strategy
- Oversee AI solution design and deployment
- Establish AI governance frameworks
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, or automation roles
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and RPA technologies
