Maintenance & Process Improvement Responsible
Job Description
Based at our Izmir plant, this role will report to the Western Region Operations Senior Manager. It is a hands-on specialist role focused on machine performance, maintenance excellence, and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform performance and efficiency analyses of machinery and equipment
- Analyze breakdowns and performance losses to implement permanent solutions
- Establish and sustain disciplined maintenance systems
- Participate in process and efficiency improvement projects
- Support the deployment of TPM culture on the shop floor
- Ensure backup and continuity of automation systems and PLC software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management and breakdown analysis
- Solid knowledge of WCM, TPM, 5S, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Disciplined, systematic, and hands-on working style
- Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir
